The Three Muses: Wild Things
Niinpä tein tämänkertaisesta Three Muses -haasteesta, jonka aiheena on "Wild Things", altsukirjaani aukeaman kaikenlaisista vedenelävistä.
Last weekend, when I was fishing on the lake at my summer cottage, I started to think that the fish are pretty wild things, too. So for this week's Three Muses' challenge "Wild Things" I made these pages with many wild and free fish - some of them just look wild, some are so wild that they have started to fly. - I painted the background with acrylics, stamped the bubbles with a sponge, and used an onion bag as a stencil for the net. The images of the fish and other creatures are glossy pictures, copies from a vintage fish book plus some postage stamps. The seaweeds are printed on a transparency, and the wings are cut from a collage sheet of itkupilli. - Well, do I still dare to go swimming if the water is full of creatures like these?
